The visa cost, coming journey airfare, food, accommodation adn local trasportation for coming engineer will be charged by the customer. salary for our engineer is USD100.00/day.
Life long service are provided, Cost price for the spare parts damaged after 1 year. We will help you within 24 hours through email, telephone or video if there is any malfunction happened.

Can I get machines safely after paid?
We have been cooperating with efficients logistics for more than 10 years, we ensure the goods can be reached you timely and safely, or we delivery goods to your authorized agent. We also accept CIF, so there is no risk for you!

What shall we do if any malfunction happened on the machine?
Show us the picture or video about the malfunction from machine, We will send you solution via email within 24 hours. Our engineer will go to your factory to solve problems if there is neccessary, but the travel and hotel expenses should be count on buyer.

How to put the machine running properly and normally after receiving the equipments?
We provide operating manual in your language with machine delievery. We also can make a video of the operating steps for your learning. Usually, the machines we sold to overseas are easy operation. Donot worry about it!
