Beyer BYLF-6 semi-automatic silicone lipstick filling machine is designed for filling lipstick material into 6-cavity full silicone molds. It is suitable for cosmetic manufacturers producing molded lipsticks in different shapes and designs.
This silicone lipstick mold filling machine features a piston filling system, adjustable material heating and stirring, and a controlled mold lifting mechanism to support the lipstick filling process. An optional mold preheating device is also available to accommodate different production requirements.

Product Features
20L Heating and Stirring System: Equipped with a 20L pressure-type heating and stirring double material basket. Both the temperature and stirring speed are adjustable to meet different lipstick filling requirements.
Piston Filling System: The piston filling system is driven by a stepper motor with numerical control, while the spindle is driven by a cylinder.
Motor-Driven Stirring: The stirring mechanism is powered by a motor to mix lipstick materials during the filling process.
Controlled Mold Lifting: The mold lifting mechanism is driven by a stepper motor with numerical control, supporting controlled mold movement during lipstick filling.
Nozzle-Pipe Heating Plate: Features a nozzle-pipe heating plate as part of the lipstick filling system.
Touch-Control Interface: Features a colour human-machine touch interface with numerical control for convenient operation and precise adjustments.
Electrical Components and Materials: Equipped with a Mitsubishi PLC, Weilun (Taiwan) display screen, Delta servo components and SMC cylinders. Parts in contact with raw materials are made of SUS304 stainless steel, while the machine frame is made of 6061 aluminum alloy.
Optional Mold Preheating: A mold preheating device is available as an optional configuration for the silicone lipstick filling machine.
