- Heating and Stirring System: Equipped with a 20L pressure and heating-stirring double material basket, with adjustable temperature and stirring speed.
Piston Filling System: The piston filling system is driven by a stepper motor and controlled by a numerical control system. The spindle is driven by a cylinder.
Motor-Driven Stirring: The stirring mechanism is powered by a motor.
Mold Lifting System: The mold lifting mechanism is driven by a stepper motor and controlled by a numerical control system.
Nozzle Heating Design: Features a nozzle-pipe heating plate.
Touchscreen Control: Equipped with a colour touchscreen interface and an onboard numerical control system for convenient operation and precise control.
Filling Applications: Suitable for filling irregularly shaped tubes and bottles.
Electrical Components and Materials: Equipped with a Mitsubishi PLC, Weilun (Taiwan) display, Delta servo components and SMC cylinders. Parts in contact with raw materials are made of SUS304 stainless steel, while the machine frame is made of 6061 aluminum alloy.
Optional Mold Preheating: A mold preheating device is available as an optional configuration.
