Product Features

Intended Use:

Feeding pans, powder and pressed powder by automatic feeding machine, withpans (bottom and side) clean device. It is a full-automatic powder pressingmachine to feed multi-piece pans each time.

Process:

Auto feed pans by vibration plate→ vacuum feed pans into the mould→auto feed powder→auto replenish powder→ auto press powder→ auto push out pressed powder→ push the finished products to the conveyor belt.

Features:

● Pans are feeding by vibratory screening machine. Numbers of pan for eachmould is 1~10pcs (It depends on the pan size.)

● Turntable adopts divider positioning system and driven by motor.

● Mould height and powder volume can be adjusted together slightly.Operate from HMI.

● Fed powder by auto feeding powder unit,match manual feed powder method,precise feeding.

● Sift powder to make the product surface more smooth,prevent pollution,and increase production rate.

● Pressing powder is driven by servo hydraulic system.Press powder from bottom to top,controlled powder pressing by two-stage pressure,with airexhausting function.

● Easy to change mould, quick disassembling design for top male mould,precise positioning.

● Hydraulic servo system can effectively save energy,lowering thetemperature of hydraulic oil.

● Digital hydraulic pressure control system,hydraulic pressure and speed can be controlled from HMI.
