How to use lipstick mold and make lipstick

1. Disassemble The Mold
Familiar with the structure, take out the top mold by two hand from two end of the mold, unscrew three screws below, separate bottom mold into two parts.

2. First Time Using
Put in cosmetics oil or olive oil soak for 1-2 hours, and then wipe the mold with a cotton swab to keep the mold dry, can not wipe too hard , because the force wipe easy to make the mold turn black. PS-Please avoid touch with water it cause damage the surface of aluminum, If you are not careful and touch with water please take dry soft cloth wipe it immediately.

3. Filling Liquid
Pour liquid into the mold, make sure three screws are tight enough.

4. Cooling Time
Waiting for 30 minutes, in refrigerator can be cooled for 20 minutes, after lipstick become
solid, take a flat spatula to remove the extra solid.

5. Release Mold
For a new user recommend buy a separate stripper that is a part assist mold release, prevent the filled lipstick go up with top mold, put stripper on back of filled lipstick and press slightly.

6. Take Out Filled Lipstick
Twist the lipstick inside cup out, alignment inside cup to the lipstick then push down little
by little until push down to bottom. Loose screw on side of the mold, then slightly pull out the lipstick tube.
You will see perfect glossiness finish product!
Use Direction
● Put oil on mould to avoid any scratching which will show up on all your lipsticks.
● Assemble upper mould and lower mould and fix them by screws.
● Fill liquid raw material into the mould holes.
● Freeze it in fridge to paste about 30 minuets.
● Use scraper to remove the residue.
● Gently take out the upper mould or lipbalm tubes (you can also use a mould release to avoid breaking the sticks).
● Use a lipstick casing to absorb the paste in. Twist the stick down into the case.
● Finished.
Care instructions
● Soak the mold set with white electric oil for 12 hours before using.
● Clean with a lightly oiled rag, never run under water. If mold gets wet, dry thoroughly.
● Don't insert any tools in the cavity that could scratch it. The scratch will show up on all your lipsticks.
● Keep wrapped in saran wrap when not in use.
